Well if it identifies as an upgrade ...

They could ask Verity Smith, Stonewall's sports representative. Obvious choice - a transman who played in female rugby teams, is now I believe disabled following an injury - I think injured playing in women's rugby though I don't know that for sure. 100% pro playing sport by gender. Which is why I think they're just cluelessly offensive rather than deliberately creating a manel.

I hope Caroline Criado Perez sends them a copy of Invisible Women.

Men meet to decide if men can be allowed in women's sport. I'm sure this Manuel will get the answer they want. Seriously they couldn't find any women?

I wonder why they did not decide that transwomen athletes would need to reduce their testosterone levels to the same as those permitted in female athletes? Is that because its pretty much completely impossible for a man to do this?

Could a female athlete dope herself up with testosterone to a similar level, and then claim to be a transwoman? After all, what truly IS a transwoman?

Blair Hamilton claiming to be a Dr and choosing a pic in what can at most be an MA cap and gown is pretty dodgy, given he's a 2nd year PhD student.

Jon Pike wrote on Twitter that the recommendations this manel has (already apparently possible to figure out) are to either tolerate the extra male advantage or to regard it as if it was just that specific trans woman's own personal advantage.

He also points out that the people to do that tolerating and regarding are the female sex. Which has no representatives on that panel (manel).

"Forgotten to include"?! That's a charitable interpretation...
