If you are based in Cambridgeshire & Peterborough and are planning to, or have written to your electoral candidates, would you be able to forward the responses to CambsWomen-Together via the contact details on the website please.

CW-T are hoping to gather as many responses as possible from with the county before forwarding the results onto Women Uniting/ WRN

If your not Cambs/Pboro, use the template provided by Women United to ask your candidates views surrounding sex based rights and forward it onto Women United/Womens Rights Network on twitter

I'll be writing to my candidates over the weekend. Only LibDem and Tory standing in my ward.

Thanks for that I was hoping someone would be collating the responses.

I'm in Yorkshire (wondering if anyone else is up here!) and wrote to my labour candidate who 'respectfully refused to answer' the question of what a woman is 'because the question is a poor choice'. But they believe in equal rights they've assured me.

I'll be using the template to follow up, although they won't be getting my vote!

I've had 2 very quick responses from electoral candidates in my area, I have an idea which ones I'm not expecting a response from, but we shall see.

The optics of not responding suggest that the candidate is in favour of the erosion of women's rights or can't be bothered to stand up for them so not worth voting for.

Are you Cambridgeshire Femaleandlearning? We'd be grateful if you forward their response and let us know which district and party they are.

That is such an inconsistent response Glenthebattleostrich , I take it to mean can't be bothered to think things through, here's a bone now go away.

EmmaGrundyforPM are you Cambridgeshire?
We're interested in seeing responses from electorates within the city and the wider areas. It will be interesting to see if this can have an impact on the response

Not Cambridge. Will be good to collate all the responses. With some of them I'm sure we could make a good joke book. Maybe Tatiana McGrath would be interested in the answers to what is a woman!
