This is definitely not legal. If the police are meant to enforce the law then this is a big failure on their part. More than that, they're meant to operate on intelligence. How have they not seen or read or understood the public discussion and direction of travel?!

The police are still in the midst of flag waving, car painting and stonewalling. They haven’t caught up yet.

I actually despise the police, which is a sad state of affairs. They do nothing locally, except sting a load of drivers who go a few miles over the speed limit. We have had a few stranger sexual assaults lately and they seem to give zero fucks. We had the officer murder his mistress and he was being praised right up until he was found guilty. It disgusts me.

That guidance needs to go in the bin asap.

After the police strip searched Student Q and the resultant, quite rightly, uproar over it - maybe, just maybe they should stop for a moment and think.

I wonder if Baroness Nicholson is aware of this?

Confidence in the police at an all time low and they decide that allowing men who say they're women to strip search women is the solution.

It's like a predator's dream isn't it?

The older I get and the more I see, the more I think a vast percentage of the police force is a self-serving boys club peopled by perverts and bullies who have no interest in or understanding of the law.

I've always been pretty much pro police, it's a shit job and all that, but some titwit of a policy maker with their rainbow lanyard studded with right on pin badges has just whacked another nail in the coffin.

I find that absolutely terrifying.
How can that be allowed to happen.
