Is something going on in the Green Party?

Joined to vote for Shahrar Ali, left when I realised they were beyond saving.

Got a member's survey this morning all about equality, diversity and protected characteristics. It actually mentioned sex at least once.

Had a lovely time with all the free text boxes but am wondering what prompted it...

I got the email from green feminists with useful link to 'respect me sex'
I had one from the leadership recently re the local elections and was considering replying to it (along the lines of I can't support them in the elctions till I am satisfied they know what a woman is)
maybe I'll wait for this survey

Somewhat unrelated, but why is it always the Green Party advocating the erasure of the female sex? I have examples from several countries.

I was a lifelong green voter, but will likely vote Tory next election. As a mum to 2 daughters, women's rights is my number 1 issue and I will not vote for a party who refers to men as women and women as non-men.
I had a look at the survey and it looks to me like the same gender waffle which is trying to take away rights from women.

Gosh,doesn't that sound like "No debate"? Good friend of mine is in middle of this mess-of-their-own making in the GP at the moment..accusations of wrong think and threats of expulsion if she doesn't follow the party line on gender ideology . She's an amazing woman-hard working and principled, also a life-long lesbian who's seen transmisogyny close up while trying to defend the right to same-sex attraction I care about my friend but I wouldn't waste my vote on this party.

I am a member who has recently left and I got the survey today, also enjoyed filling it in. It had some reasonable questions like ‘do you identify as cis or transgender’ and had an option ‘I use neither term’. And a free text to qualify that cis is offensive. But generally it was written with the tone of ‘silly transphobes are just uneducated and need training’ kinda thing.

My surname begins with S maybe it's the first half of the alphabet first

DH has checked his emails and his has arrived. His surname is early in the alphabet and mine is near the end, so maybe PP is right and they're going out in alphabetical order.
