It's a splicing together of all kinds of bits of audio from the week's news in order to lampoon the follies of our betters. Jon Holmes is not a fan of identity politics in general and gender identity ideology. Very scattergun..

Is he the one who used to do segments on The Now Show, always prefaced about jokes about his height?

No, it's not the one I was thinking of...I tuned in for a bit of it. Mostly it was a lot of noise, singing, piano interspersed with speaking voices. Could well be from the Now Show.

Jon Holmes was on the Now Show ErrolTheDragon. The fact he's no longer on there and is now doing acerbic satire is related:

Christ - just a warning the recent episode covers the maternity scandals and I'm in tears. It's heartbreaking.

The most recent episode (3) had a bit with various politicians not being able to define a women mixed with clips of Posey Parker and Goldie Looking Chain's 'Your Momma Has a Penis'. Brilliant, but warning the end goes into the rapes in the Ukraine and it is upsetting.

I think they manage to walk a line of being funny and satirical and then veer into heartbreaking and very emotive topics. And they seem to be taking a very GC point of view and pointing out the absurdity of it all. There doesn't seem to be any confusion about who is a woman when it comes to sexual violence.
