It would depend on the details of the legislation.

It was usual that the woman is legislated for separately to any other party. If i remember correctly you could obtain a legal abortion in France later that in Germany. So in theory a woman could be arrested at a border crossing when X weeks plus 1 day pregnant if she lived in Germany but her chosen clinic was in France.

Most abortion legislation has specific clauses to prevent sex partners from obtaining meds and inducing an abortion without the woman's consent.
After that, if involved with the decision, it would be dependant on the extent to which providing assistance is detailed in the legislation.
Even then proving in court that the male was driving to a clinic, providing money etc to obtain an abortion would rely on the woman verifying the acts were done knowly.

Don't be daft men are never referred to as non birthing parent, testicle haver or ejaculating people. Even that most progressive of Democrats AOC refers to fathers as Dad while in the same video clip refers to mothers as birthing people.
