I was just about to post that. If i said what i thought, i would be banned. How have so many people lost control of their critical faculties? They do it all the time. The man last year who followed and attacked a woman (in Manchester I think) and they were excusing his behaviour because he was stressed and that he had a family to support, it would riun HIS life, blah blah.

Given that his sexuality involves being a predatory paedophile who targets small girls, I think the abuse is entirely understandable.

I think the Mail and other MSM are more constrained. But were able to include ‘father of two’ to make things clearer for their readers.

I'm a little concerned about the woman he was living with in 2008 (?) who retrospectively finds she was in a same sex relationship, according to this. She may be quite surprised to read herself being referred to as 'her girlfriend'.

Where in law does it say that people like this must be referred to by their preferred pronouns in court? This must be so distressing for the victims. What would happen if victims and their legal team refused to do this? In other words, how could this be challenged? Crowd funding now makes possible many things that previously weren't.

Google "Equal Treatment Bench Book". It's the guidance that the judiciary are supposed to follow in order to treat people with different circumstances appropriately when they're appearing in court. Great that he’s not going straight to the female estate, but there’s unfortunately nothing stopping him asking for a transfer once he’s been processed.

I wish that the papers would make it clear that 'the surgery' is vastly unlikely to be genital surgery. More likely to be facial feminisation or breast implants.

According to MOJ policy, if he had a gender recognition certificate he'd automatically go straight to the female estate.

And if transactivists had their way, like they are about to Scotland, getting a certificate is a matter of filling in a form off the Internet.
