New adidas advert

I’m just watching TV and during the advert break I did my usual making a cup of tea. A new adidas advert came on which focused on women - so far, so good. It then ended with “or compete as a trans woman.” So there we go - adidas have nailed their colours to the mast. I am so sick of this.

Have you seen the comments on the ad on YouTube…they are getting torn apart!! Not a good time to have shares in adidas…..they are about to loose some profits going by the comments!

Addidas are my usual brand on trainers, but not any more! Here's the ad on YouTube. Over 27million views and 905 likes. Oh dear...

Well I guess Lia Thomas doesn't 'compete' in footwear so they had to find another 6'4" individual competing against women who does.

I’ve only worn Adidas for the last 30 years and now I need to boycott. So disappointed in them. Anyone know New Balance’s stance?

There are well over 4000 dislikes on the youtube vid and apart from a few misogynists blaming feminists, the comments are mostly people really angry at this.
The general public are fucked off with being told they must accept this nonsense.

On one of Posie Parker's recent videos she said that if there are more than 3 women in an advert one of them will be a transwomen.
She was right

Bum! They're pretty much the only trainer brand that keeps my Plantar Fascaitis at bay,. Any recommendations for cheap trainers with decent arch support?

Trainers with removable insoles and replace for insoles with arch support. I wear Asics for exercise and Merrell for hiking, insoles from Amazon.

When did YouTube stop showing dislikes? Shocking ratio of views to likes on that video

Not sure, but there are comments that suggest some viewers can see the dislike count using a other app?

Are they able to prioritise the needs of women?
