Now trainee child psychiatrists can’t talk about how to help children with gender dysphoria

This story has shocked me more than most because surely the doctors can be professional and grown up and look at all sides of this issue. But it appears not.

If child psychiatrists were allowed to talk and recognise the complexities that these vulnerable children have with a range of co morbidities, then the social contagions aspect of all this would dry up - and Stonewall, Mermaids. Gendered Intelligence etc would lose masses of £££ income.
These adult groups have much invested in ensuring a steady stream of children growing into adulthood wedded to this ideology so they will do everything they can to silence rational child centred discussions.
It's a shameful and unethical position

They cannot afford to let sunlight in and break the spell: it will show them up for what they are and for what they have done to a generation of children and young people. It looks like their strategy is to make so many other families and institutions make the same mistake so that the blame - and the lawsuits - when they come, rests on thousands of shoulders and not just a handful.
