I didn't know of Yes Matters before this incident and am utterly horrified at what happened on this march.

The attacker crowing about it on social media is just disgusting.

It's very quick and easy to support YM through their website, I was so furious I did so immediately, hope many others do too and something good comes out of it at least.

Women are often scolded on MN for linking transwomen with male violence. I'd love to know what our scolds think of this individual.

I’m hoping more and more women are seeing these incidents (worryingly I also think they will cause more of them as monkey see, monkey do) but maybe these people NEED friends and family to speak to them. They are egged only by the monkey gallery that is social media…

Yes I’m aware there are a few monkeys in there…(I’m using my 🐒 coffee cup so that might be the reason).
