Jo Wallace of Wunderman has won her high court case against the Mail for:
- Publishing untrue allegations that she was responsible for firing two men from the agency "because they were straight, white men" (she'd actually had nothing to do with it, and they were not even on her team as the Mail claimed)
- Publishing photos of her in a bikini and with her wife as part of the story (
)
As a result of the original coverage, she was subjected to death threats.
The story is in Campaign today.

Looking at how catastrophically wrong the Mail's whole original story was, I would love to know more about who brought it to them and what happened to their due diligence. (And don't even get me started on the "look at the lesbian in a bikini" photos...)
