Someone posted on a thread here the other day California is now the most dangerous state for women to live in and they are absolutely right.

Appalling - that poor girl having to hear him gloat about getting off. Week after week, everything that women said will happen, happens.

Glad it’s being reported. That the current loopholes are inevitably being abused by criminal men needs to be shouted from the rooftops until the loopholes are fully closed down.

Update. Tubbs has been charged with murder relating to the death of a man in 2019. Journalists were in court tonight, as Tubbs was arraigned

So this is the offender who went in juvenile detention with girls because advocates said Tubbs should be segregated from adults in case those other adults were a bad influence on Tubbs and Tubbs' chances of reform.

Indeed what a shock that the police who dealt with him, the original prosecutor and the victim were all correct. George Gascón should be thoroughly ashamed.

California's minimum age for juvenile detention seems to be 12.

Tubbs is nearly 30, and is accused of sexually assaulting a 10 year old, a four year old and murdering an adult man.

Children in juvenile detention are in there instead of mainstream prison to protect them from exposure to hardened criminal adults twice their size. What else is Tubbs but that?
