What happened to the Consultation on the Reform of the GRA?

Was it last year I filled out a long questionnaire on this? IIRC the report on this was delayed because so many responded. Has there been any report on this? I ask after watching this afternoon's debate on the subject where many MPs confidently asserted that most members of the public supported this.

Of the results of the separate Scottish consultation, however, we have seen no sign.
