They are happily using "women" and " female". Even Dr Amir is using the correct terminology. That is good isn't it?

Today programme item also used women, but also ‘anyone who is entitled’ which jarred a bit but could be a lot worse.

I've noticed a few recent pieces where medics clearly use biologically accurate language about women and men. I suspect there's an increasing embarrassment about the bullying trans bigots running amok in the NHS busily erasing women.

I've complained several times about what is happening in the NHS and comparable organisations. I acknowledge that a fair amount of the responsibility for this material can be attributed to #BeKind allies or those who have no understanding that there are wider issues and are well-intentioned but oblivious. I believe that some of them would be aghast at the wider implications of their kindness if they were to learn of them.

It is not necessary for bullying or bigotry to be involved to still find ourselves in the set of circumstances that resemble Havel's greengrocer.*

The problem lies in there being absolutely no forum for a discussion without there being a risk of being identified as transphobic and there being substantial career consequences.

I'd tend to agree with @EmbarrassingHadrosaurus. My company is currently under the "be kind" spell of very sympathetic allies. The ones changing the documentation are a team so far removed from the people who actually use or deploy it, that they could never know the impact of the changes.
