The Green Party is captured, where now?

New username, because of the stalking happening.

The Green Party is dead. Ali, Bateman, all being illegally harassed, and now they want to expel anyone that signs petitions supporting women's rights.

I've resigned today, I'd joined to vote for the leader but everything has gone wrong since then.

Should we join Labour, to support Rosie Duffield? Or is that a mountain we can't climb?

There's the SDP, too. They are small, but that be a good thing. There's local elections coming up, the more of us that could stand as candidates and use it as a platform to tell everyone where we live, the better?

The only other thing I can think of is that we start our own new party that focuses entirely on feminism. Like the Womens Equality Party was supposed to.

@FusionChefGeoff

I joined recently thanks to reading these boards but I'm totally clueless as to how and when I vote and what for Blush.

Do I basically wait for conference then log on and cast my vote on stuff as it happens live??

Or are there things I should keep an eye on outside of this time?

Heartened to see so many staying to fight. The Green democratic constitution means it is difficult to purge those who believe in woman's rights. The battle is on!

More to the point you cannot lose. For every person that is expelled over women's rights it will bring huge publicity and a bunch of new people into the battle. Every day more people are getting radicalised.

Likewise with Labour the tide is turning but many battles ahead. It isn't a matter of choosing one party we are going to take them all back - even the Lib Dems and the SNP eventually.

That link doesn't work

Like you I'm a former Green but for the first time in my life I will vote Conservative and feel no regret, these are 'special circumstances'. I don't trust Labour or even Libs with this issue.

I'm in Green party but don't think I can make conference, anyone willing to be my proxy?
