The article talks about things like caring responsibilities & toxic working cultures but I’d want to see the definition of women they will be working too

Hahaa maybe bullying them straight back out and supporting their own government staff to abuse women mps online (if not also at work) might be a factor??

Yeah I was really encouraged to go into politics when I saw our first minister make a stand against the death and rape threats made to her own colleagues. Oh wait, she didn’t.
