Is this not a misrepresentation of the law (as usual) Gender identity - I hope he think he means sex/gender reassignment in its appropriate sense. Does he realise? Is this deliberate to broaden the cohort? Should ‘protection’ be limited to holders of a GRC, for clarity, in law?
