Not sure if this has been posted already, but just finished listening (it's long!) to the Megham Daum 'unspeakable' podcast interview with Aaron Kimberly, who is a Canadian trans man and also a nurse specialist in mental health. It was incredibly insightful and reflective, including a lot of thoughtful reflection on his own transition, but also loads of discussion of the way health care has changed its approach over the years. Can't recommend highly enough!
