This may be the most shocking thing I've seen.

If this is all true, the DA refused to prosecute the 26 year old as an adult because the offence was committed when he was under 18. Completely insane.

Also if you are tried as a juvenile and sent to juvenile detention for a five year sentence aged 15… do they not move you to adult prison during that time anyway ?
