This! She veers dangerously close to a pro paedo position when she refuses to acknowledge a girl's right not to change in front of a naked semi aroused male.

I think Moore is extremely gracious and sympathetic in this article.

Does anyone remember LP’s classic from the WiSpa incident? Tell your daughter to stop looking at other peoples genitals. She’s bloody dangerous.

I am not a huge fan of SM, I find she sometimes misses the point spectacularly, but I thought that was quite funny, and not only towards LP.

I suppose it may be slightly leaning toward mean, but I think complaining about being misgendered, especially with they/them pronouns, is completely ridiculous, so of course ridicule follows.

Yes. And it says a great deal about LP’s brand of feminism and just who it centres.

That was great. Extremely precise about some of the ways in which Penny is irritating. And I have no sympathy at all for the flasher apologist. In fact, I’m hoping Julie Burchill joins in.

Actually, thinking about her attitude towards the WiSpa flasher, the exploitation of vulnerable women in prostitution, and her complacency about men stealing women's sports awards and rapists sharing cells in women's prisons, I'd be tempted to go full monkey. That is a brilliant article. Having read the comments I was expecting it to be nasty, but it's not.

The fucking audacity of defending the right of a sex offender to flash his semi erect penis at a 9 year old girl in a female only space. Then saying the 9 year old shouldn't have looked as it's rude. Then writing a book on feminism. 🤯🤯🤯🤯

I enjoyed the article too. I've no patience for people like Laurie Penny. Laurie doesn't support Trans rights, Laurie advocates for the removal of women and girls rights. And then has the audacity to write a book on feminism. As many have said on here over the years, what rights do Trans people not have?

Will be interesting to see how popular the book is though compared to Trans by Helen Joyce.
