On the 'logically' article:
'tracking the spread of misinformation is often more complicated than simply uncovering coordinated inauthentic behavior'
'inauthentic behavior' is an interesting phrase. How are they defining this? How can they discern what is 'authentic' and what is not? And where is the misinformation? I can't see any cited.
'It is not true that a trans prisoner, solely based on self-ID, would be able to be homed in a prison that didn’t match their birth sex. '
If they have a GRC they will be homed in a prison that doesn't match their birth sex automatically, no risk assessment. And as far as I recall they are assigned a prison according to preference before the risk assessment is done - happy to be corrected on this if I'm wrong. (I mean, I'd be delighted if that wasn't true).
