This was on the programme Free Speech Nation hosted by Andrew Doyle. GB News does sometimes repeat things so it might crop up again but I don't when or which programmes are repeated.
They were on for I reckon 20 minutes and had a good tour d'horizon of notorious instances, taking in a lot more than the girl guides scandal.
Discussion about two women who were scout leaders having lost their posts, while a person posting a photo in fetish gear with guns got away with it, which G said was because of male privilege. Merely expressing concern about that incident resulted in being reported to the police. AD referenced interviews under caution under the Malicious Communications Act, for which told no evidence of hate was needed. SP said this is unlawful. Three police forces had been contacted by the programme for comments.
G pointed out that saying a man is a woman is a lie yet even broadsheet national newspapers are referring to men as she. It is even in official statistics, so that women are appearing as paedophile offenders. And in court, thanks to that 'crazy bench book', Maria ? angered the judge for not wanting to call her attacker she and appeared to be penalised for that. That person is now fighting against men in Thailand - kickboxing. The crazy book has however been amended following an outcry, so it now says to take account of the sensitivities of the victim in court.
G said that when there is a war on reality it is a moral imperative to resist the taboo of misgendering. He noted that there is a small number of very dangerous men wanting to control the narrative and most trans people do not support it. The Girl Guides have a very strict safeguarding policy until it comes to this subject. Danger of creating a sacred caste which is what is happening here. Worry is more about the clever ones who will conceal and not be daft enough to post their fetish photos.
SP said you can have gender identity but you can't change sex and sex is important. She talked about being peaked and becoming active as a result of the NSPCC scandal of a member of staff posting a link to a photo of him masturbating at work and the organisation ignoring her complaint so she reported it, as she'd told them she would if they didn't act.
SP said the way to get anything done is by legal action via the courts. AD noted that after the court case which found the non-crime hate incident guidance and police practice unlawful, the College of Policing thought they would merely modify the wording and carry on. SP said that following a House of Lords debate, there would have to be a code of regulation rather than a mere change of wording. She told an anecdote about her little dog being on the police database for six years, something to do with being a Nazi - I didn't catch it but they all laughed at that.
AD mentioned sex offenders in prison. G noted that women in prison are vulnerable, many of them having suffered blunt force trauma to the head. SP said that self ID had first been introduced to prisons, deliberately, because nobody would care about women in prison.
AD said he'd invited people to come onto the programme to defend self ID and no one will.
