After a very positive meeting with my line manager last week who commented on how good my knowledge of gender issues was, I think it's time I can back this up with some sort of qualification. Please can anyone point me in the direction of

Argh bloody phone!
I need something to help back up my knowledge, she's potentially wanting me to be the unit rep on this.
I need something that will cover the bases and ideally be a recognised qualification. Ideally dealing directly with women's issues, genderism (but I don't want any gender woo woo), maybe law. But I'm open to doing most things. Anyone able to sign post anything please!

I googled "free paralegal courses UK" and here is a link that might be helpful. The courses can be completed in 20 hrs. Most are US universities but would be applicable in the UK, for instance these two:

1- Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills

University of Michigan offers the free online course Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills via the website Coursera. It’s ideal for the paralegal whose tasks include communicating with clients, court representatives, and lawyers. This course introduces students to the four steps to successful negotiation:

Prepare
Negotiate
Close
Perform and Evaluate
The class is 100% online, offers flexible deadlines, and takes approximately 16 hours to complete.

2 - Think Again I: How to Understand Arguments

Think Again: How to Understand Arguments is the first of four free online courses offered by Duke University via Coursera. It’s helpful for any paralegal who routinely reads, hears, and deciphers legal arguments. This beginner-level online class discusses how to identify and analyze arguments made by other people, and how to construct one’s own arguments. The class is taught 100% online, has flexible deadlines, and can be completed in approximately 16 hours.

There are others on the site that look promising.

My other suggestion would ask that question at ovarit.com and also at gender critical on saidit.net

I am not aware of any course that looks at gender studies from a POV that's not Butler-heavy.

If you find one, I'd be very interested.

Suspect there is a big gap for such a course. We used to have Women's Studies, of course...

Not sure how responsive they are but might it be worth contacting to ask if they can point you to a module or short course on equality law?
