GC inset provider? Do they exist?

I'm in a leadership role in a school and given some of the utter BS coming from some very naive staff I thought it would be good to have some training on critical thinking in pastoral care.
Can anyone recommend a speaker or training provider either via video or in person who could visit and open a few eyes?

Genspect now provide training for school communities. They may be worth contacting but I would definitely look at their website to get an understanding of their approach.
