So I bought some ribbon in Suffragette colours rhe other week...

I noticed that somebody had tied some to a bench in town, and decided to do the same in a gesture of solidarity.

Got them out earlier to do that (now done and back from my walk), and noticed that as well as coming in a noce suffragette bag, there was a little something extra included (see second photo).

Not naming the seller, to save them from the pitchfork mob, but there was no indication that they were one of us.

I went back to the seller's page and they actually sell the little charms in a separate listing! Two types of dinosaur, a hope ribbon and the female symbol. She's definitely one of us. I'm going to get some to add to my ribbons as they're only 99p. I think it's a good way of sending a nice, subtle message that's all about women's rights and norhing else.

The ribbon is good quality - nice, vibrant colours. Will PM those interested.

What’s the significance of the dinosaurs? I’m not in the UK!

It is in response to a comment by MP David Lammy who called women "rights hoarding dinsosaurs" for having concerns about gender ideology and its affects on women's rights.

Lammy also thinks that transwomen can grow a cervix, so he's possibly not the best judge of character

I've gone for a couple of dinosaurs, I'll get ribbons next time. I think the listing has sold out but she has some in a different size if you click on seller's other items.
