Stonewall - value for money?

Below taken from an FOI response:

The London Ambulance Service NHS Trust considered its financial contributions in 2018/19. This concluded that monies spent on having the Stonewall logo on service documentation did not represent value for money and any financial spend did not result in any benefit through engagement, support or contact.

I suspect that most organisations would be hard pressed to identify positive outcomes for client groups and staff if they were forced to identify specific improvements rather than things like rainbow decorations and funding numerous self interested individuals on the rainbow gravy train.
