As I always say it is with sending the 💐 to reinforce that their readers are not all singing from the hymn sheet set down by other loud columnists on the Monday to Saturday publication

Harry is just brilliant, they really picked on the wrong dude, as he is ex police he was unlikely to be intimidated and his case will really help others who are in a more vulnerable position.

Well done Sonia for another excellent article aimed at the very people who need to read these views.

Justme56 · 02/01/2022 13:36

Well done Sonia for covering this.

Brava Sonia once again. It must be hard to be one of the very few islands of sanity in the sea of madness that is the Guardian group. I take my hat off to her.

FlowersFlowers Sonia and thanks for the share

Send the praise to the Guardian’s editor in chief and the observer editor? Like the JKR thing, it may encourage them to think there is an important and engaged constituency they need to pay more heed to? While the Daily Mail, Telegraph and the sainted Janice Turner are doing wonderful work, they are among friends at work and speaking to readers who get the point. Sonia Sodha may not be in such a comfortable position among work colleagues, I imagine but knowing the readership want more along such lines wouldn’t be a bad thing

this was a great read, thanks for posting

and it gives me an opportunity to ignore the guardian's begging message, which i always enjoy

Sonia is one of the few reasons reason I actually buy a physical copy of the Observer every now and then. Her articles always have a knack of saying what I want to say, only so much better!
