Sorry but I took my eye off the ball for a few month, distracted by other matters, and I have lost track of what happened to this sequence of events.

Linehan was interviewed by Triggernometry last year, It's called: Graham Linehan: "I Will Not Bow to Bullies". I watched this yesterday for the first time.

Today, I have been made aware that Stephanie Hayden demanded that the video be removed, and had written to Youtube demanding this, or she would sue the Trig boys and Mr Linehan.

Mr Linehan then tweeted about it.

Hayden did not say exactly why she objects to the video, and I confess I am at a total loss to work out what is offensive about it.

The video is still up, so what happened? Did she take them to court and lose? Or did she change her mind?

I'm really sorry, consider this a bump.
I too haven't followed this situation.

SH is known to be very eager to pay for lawyers and spend a lot of time and energy using the legal process as a proxy for abuse.
I say let them crack right on until they go broke several times over.

SH does the legal work themself in preparing and filing their own legal actions and representing themself in court so the charges are minimal especially since they use their financial status to get a reduction in the official fees they have to pay into the court.

I just wondered whether Hayden had followed through with it and lost (after all, the video is still online) or whether she backed down.

I've never heard of her backing down, by the way.

I'm surprised and disappointed that nobody has replied who knows what happened.

For some reason it feels like "unfinished business" in my head so I would still like to know what the outcome was.

Hello! Lots has been happening but I'm not sure how much I can say ass yet. The short version is that Hayden is sunk. I'll provide a full update on the crowdfunder as soon as I can.

@healthspeedwell I cannot go on the farms, I find every post deeply upsetting, people are being really nasty on there to, well, just about everybody in the world.
