Police Scotland has issued a statement saying that if someone who is convicted of rape identifies as a woman, the crime will be recorded as being committed by a woman, regardless if the perpetrator has a GRA certificate or not.
Rape under Scottish law can only be carried out with a penis.
We will no longer have reliable data.
It won’t be long before there is a moral panic about the number of ‘women’ rapists.
