Many years ago - late 60s/early 70s - I was a student and a convert to feminism. I was full of enthusiasm for what we could achieve, despite the men who were against us.

Progress was slow but steady and I felt we'd get there eventually.

A close (male) friend of mine at the time told me not to get my hopes up. He felt that the men who hated women would find a way to steal back that which we had acquired.

I've come to the view that he was right.

Yes, it's been 10,000 years of patriarchy (give or take a few thousand). It's not being rolled back anytime soon.

This week I have witnessed people there is no biological differences between transwomen and women. None.

I can't quite believe its reached that level.

As that's what countless MPs believe, including Starmer and his acolytes in the Labour Party, I'm not surprised so many others copy his level of idiocy.

Have they explained what the biological difference is between transwomen and men?

Yes the old power structures bend slightly but straighten up after the storm. Even within the TRAs we see aggressive and public campaigns for TW to be in women only rape and DV shelters (groups where there are very good and legal reasons to keep out any male bodied people) and absolutely sweet FA to help TM inherit their fathers' peerages or join the Masons (both of which could incorporate female bodied people with no harm to anybody). I wonder why that might be?
