Hi, I posted last week about our secondary school getting involved with Stonewall. I've been informed by the school that they are working towards the 'Inclusion Quality Mark'. Do any of you know what this is or have experience of it?
I found a website called iqmaward, but it doesn't seem to have any specific information about what is involved.

It seems to be about wider inclusivity, which would seem to be a good thing. I'll ask the school for more info but would be good to know from a feminist perspective if there's anything I should be aware of.
