Workington has elected Labour MPs at every general election since the seat was created in 1918

It previously had a Conservative MP for just over two years following a by-election in 1976

The person who is looking to challenge Mr Jenkinson at the next election and who has blocked him on twitter is India Willoughby.

Really excellent piece.

Good piece - covers a lot of the major issues and compassionate towards those with gender dysphoria. Any of the other parties I would usually support are full of pointy-headed misogynistic biology-deniers
