Just got the app and registered myself to get my vaccination status accessible, and I'm wondering why on earth they want to know what gender I identify as? (and not sex of course, because we all know that sex is irrelevant...)

But anyhow surely both are irrelevant in this case - I fill in my name, DOB, CHI, take a photo of my passport, and other information I've probably forgotten. Why the hell do they want to know my gender?

How will they know whether to give you the pink or the blue vaccine otherwise?

It's that app that proves you're vaccinated so you can get entry to things. The questions were, I presume, all included with the purpose of verifying my identity (name, address, CHI number etc.) - except the gender question, which as far as I can see, is completely pointless.
