I wonder if that's enough? I'd kind of hoped it would be more...

I will admit I didn't as I was scared of the TRAs. They are unreasonable and aggressive and the irony is that they claim to be in a vulnerable position.

I wish all similar future work was clearly anonymous from the start so anyone with a more unusual name could not be identified.

I wonder how high the figure would have been if fear was not a factor?

Before writing this letter, Baroness Nicholson was in the audience 21st October and asked the panel at the LGB Alliance conference how Stonewall got hold of the NHS. you can see it here

at time stamp 01:23:11

Also at time stamp 50:50 Kate Grimes ex NHS CEO asks all NHS staff who've experienced homophobia to contact her, after giving evidence including testimonials from the staff who've contacted her. the stats from the NHS pride week are startling. the word lesbian is mentioned ZERO times but non-binary is mentioned 18 times.

Looks like some of the content helped but it was obviously already very much on her mind. And she asked a detailed question covering Parliament etc.

The answer of 80% agreeing with gender ideology to be kind to the latest minority group, and 20% fear of rocking the boat makes sense with my large organisation too.

We all bought into the 'rainbow' signage a few years ago and felt sorry for what we thought were physically transitioning people who wanted to be called Wendy instead of Steve (for example). We were all happy to look at Steve and ignore his height, body shape, voice, face shape, stride and similar maleness, and feel for him wanting to be Wendy. Then the reality of selfID started to be reported, highlighting the injustice to women in letting fully intact men into safe spaces.

My organisation still references gender not sex, but colleagues talk about sex being different to gender in small safe groups. However, no one can speak up to push back against gender ideology as we have families and finances (mortgages) to protect.

In the Emperor's new clothes the boy could be honest as there were no TRAs posing as a threat to him and his family.
