I am so disappointed. My organisation has had a focus on the menopause this week, and our female CEO even recorded a message that was open and honest about the impact of the menopause from a personal point of view.
As part of the week Over The Bloody Moon was commissioned to deliver an online seminar. I've just watched it in full, and throughout Lesley from over the Bloody Moon says 'people' , and very rarely women.
My organisation has actually adopted some really good policies on the menopause, including manager guidance and a menopause support group and does use the word woman, but how can I raise my irritation about Over the Bloody Moon's use of language?
