Toilets at work - another centring males

Just passed a group of toilets at the large NHS trust where I work - in a staff not patient area
One disabled and gender neutral
One female
One gender neutral ( previously female)
Two male

I have the rage . More than 70% of our workplace is female
We have a large number of BAME and religiously observant staff

Please help me compose an email to our EDI department

Seeing as women on average need to spend longer in the toilet (due to periods) than men, the gender neutral one needs to be from the men. Thereby almost equalling the time spent queueing. Can they say why it was taken off women rather than men? Given that there are more women than men, what was the impact assessment?

Do the two “male” toilets have urinals? Seems odd to designate one of the women’s toilets as mixed sex if there was previously an equal number for each sex and there are more women.

I saw two toilets in a shopping centre last week and felt pleased as there was a women’s and a mixed sex. Definitely more appropriate, except for the potential complication with urinals. It should be possible to convert one of the men’s though. Given so much attention is payed to diversity, and how much money they have from governments, I’m sure Stonewall or similar could start funding for mixed sex toilets.
