So disappointed I so admire his work.
Apparently LGB Alliance is killing trans people by only having 3 letters. Don't know why he thinks this is clever instead of using just 3 letters he should try talking with with a radom set of consonants and 1 vowel.

Talk about pot calling kettle black.

Coo, Rustle does seem to love himself a bit and push the Me, ME, MEE!! thing a bit much. I think he wants to give the impression that he's some sort of Mahatma Mandela, or something. For someone who aims to do sympathetic characters, he's certainly got no ability to be sympathetic himself, at least, not towards people outside his narrow little gang.

Was he around when John Barrowman was busy dropping his trousers? Or when Noel Clarke was harassing women? yes he most definitely was but apparently saw nothing untoward happen www.theguardian.com/culture/2021/may/07/noel-clarke-accused-of-sexual-harassment-on-doctor-who-set Hmm

I thought ‘It’s a Sin’ was very good at portraying the impact of AIDS on the gay community and also very good at showing how for some men the only time a woman’s life has any relevance or interest to them is when that woman is providing a service to men.

Yes, I didn't rate that series at all. It featured incredible shallow portraits of the female characters - they were just two dimensional and there to be supportive.

Excellent. 'It's a Sin' was amazing, and I'm glad he's aknowledging that harmful ideas against LGBTQ+ people are still around. Anyone who disagrees with Russell's speech should watch It's a Sin and realise they are just as bad as the bad characters in it who believed 'it' was a sin. Oh the irony of people not understanding that.

I watched " It's a Sin" ( and i also was around in the 1980's when 'it' was all going on), and was very disappointed to find that the female characters were very poorly drawn and unbelievable. They existed only to be supportive to the male characters and had no life or depth of their own.

Good for him calling out the LGB Alliance for the hate group they really are. They do nothing for L, G, or B people. Just attack trans. It's all a scam in my opinion and more are waking up to them!

From yesterday

On BBCWomansHour this morning, EHRC Chair named the right of association of lesbians & gay men as the first area where it would be helpful to clarify that “sex” means biological sex. That Stonewall objects to this makes it crystal clear that today’s Stonewall opposes LGB rights.

It is shocking that an organisation that won the public’s respect for championing gay and lesbian rights now actually opposes those rights. But Stonewall is not an outlier. Most former gay rights - and human rights - organizations have turned against us.

Just stand back and think about this. Stonewall actively oppose the right of homosexuals to assemble politically or socially in single sex spaces. That's just extraordinary when you think about it.
