Is this list of support groups pretty standard for most UK high schools at the moment?

People to avoid maybe?

Why would it be people to avoid?
So people who are LGBTQ + need support too.
So what?
Failing to see how mental health organisations etc saying '' we're here for you too'' is a bad thing.

Looks like it was created by a student to me. I wouldn't hold it up as indicative of anything in particular without more information about who made it and why.
