It's the NHS staff survey and I really want to explain how my current employers work with stonewall makes me feel unable to stand up for the existing sex-based rights of patients (that even our government have restated are allowed in law- so I'm just agreeing with the current law, not stonewall law). But I'm worried that even though they say it's confidential, that it will come back to individual managers and be really obvious who has said it. Is anyone else feeling the same?
