Crazy that they needed 18 months to come to this conclusion, though.

And yet still the British Kickboxing Council are still not having any of it... note Kickboxing not bowls...

They would have been criticised if they'd come out with the conclusions too quickly. They had to complete a comprehensive review of the issue.
