Scottish Labour leader is Anas Sarwar MSP.

Ian Murray MP is technically leader of the Scottish Labour MPs, there being no others.

Do you wonder why?

Was begging a question when IM said that there were men who transitioned to 'live as women', and they didn't have a cervix as they were born/biological males. EB should certainly have asked him what living as a woman meant. It was clear as mud.

What is this huge difference in the way these males live?

We're getting dangerously close to a journalist asking a gender woo politician if they think teenage girls should have to change in front of males. One day...... One day........

PM (just before 6 tonight) ran an interview with a trans man where he was asked some incredibly soft-soap questions on the whole cervix-haver “issue.”

Nobody was put up to provide a counterpoint, he was allowed to make a series of (incorrect) statements regarding the EA which were left unchallenged by the presenter and the whole thing (if you’d not been clued in on the background) would have left you thinking it was all some horrific transphobic plot.

I thought PM was supposed to be one of the few BBC news shows that still strived for accuracy and balance. Didn’t hear any of that tonight.

However EB seems to have finally got it/ been allowed to ask some questions about these issues. Too little too late but good to hear at last . helen Lewis was excellent.
