Pronoun declarers: is "bodies with vaginas" OK, too far, just right?

The Lancet has chosen to replace the word for the sex class of women with bodies with vaginas but still refers to men rather than bodies with penises . Do you see this as:

– a much needed progression;
– something you wholeheartedly support in its entirety;
– something that makes you a bit uncomfortable;
– in need to correction so that men are scrotum-havers or bodies with penises;
– something you facilitated but didn't intend;
– an unrelated issue to your choice to use pronouns in your email sigs etc.

I don't know how any of this can not end up with a struggle for primacy between the younger enbys and the older generation who rely upon sexes from which they transition (for whatever reason).

tbh, I only know of 2 families with an NB child of AMAB origin, the overwhelming majority are AFAB children who have gone on to be recognised with autism (for those who've had an assessment, others are on a waiting list).

But how does this language include people who reject binaries (whichever version) and may or may not have had interventions that remove both obvious primary and secondary sex characteristics?

Don’t the gender ideologues ever think about the end point of their linguistic contortions? They are surely set to destroy the thing they want. It’s in the telegraph today. I mentioned it to my sister yesterday (we haven’t discussed the topic - she is very west coasty, 3 wokey 20/30 something daughters) - she brought up the whole Scotland schools gender switchwroo (and not telling parents).
