That's an interesting - and depressing - possibility, 2319. I hadn't realised we'd been removed from global rankings. FFS.

Because Sturgeon and the SNP chase flashy feelgood soundbite bullshit and meanwhile all the infrastructure and boring, essential services are rapidly deteriorating.

You mean like QR Codes on bims so you can report when they're full, which when they are scratched off, Weegies will be Weegies, they will send a van round to stick on a new one. But not empty the bin.

SpindleWorld · 25/09/2021 20:15

What a massive twot.

ArabellaScott · 25/09/2021 20:16

sigh. I hadn't heard about that. When I lived in Glasgow the bins on my street were regularly set on fire, either for shits and giggles or for people to inhale the fumes to get high, never been sure. We kept a special watering can to extinguish them.

Sturgeon's constituency. Never saw or heard from her except on polling day, funnily enough.

Jaysmith71 · 25/09/2021 20:29

....or you could spend the money on paying more people to empty the bins?
