Books for "influential people"

I can't remember which book it was in which there was a groundswell of sharing (financing re MPs/Influential folks) - whereby you could nominate a person or send yourself. Anyone help please?

Thanks for the reminder of this. As much as anything it made me chuckle remembering who I sponsored one to be sent to. Total waste of money in terms of getting him to seriously consider anything, I very much expect, but I have gained some pleasure from the mental image of him scrabbling to hide it from his mates lest they think he's daring to consider a single word of another perspective in case it makes too much sense considering straying from the righteous path...

I think the interesting thing about the list of MPs nominated is those that are missing from the list - perhaps those missing should ask themselves if people have simply given up on them listening to the electorate/being open minded/consider them irrelevant?
