Lufthansa have seriously shitty customer service right now.
The only way you can reach them now is by phone. If - and I mean that - if you actually get through to the helpline, you then spend up to an hour on hold waiting to be answered. At around the one hour mark, if no customer service rep is available, the system kicks you off the helpline and you can start over.
I spent four hours on the phone to them in July because they cancelled my flight and rebooked me onto a flight spread over two days instead of one. Four hours.
But yeah, gender neutral greetings are totally going to fix that.
