Was Leah on a woman’s ward? Was Leah allowed to put this young girl through all of this because the NHS in Wales thinks men can be women. This is a clear example of a young woman being put at risk by a sex offender. Eluned Morgan needs to be asked these questions.

Don't forget, the Ministry of Justice recently made a change to the rules on putting men in women's prisons. A man can only be placed in a women's prison if a) he has had sex reassignment surgery and b) he hasn't committed a violent or sexual offence. So that rules out almost all of them.
