I did mine by 29 Sept but it was a tedious process given the lack of correlation to the protected characteristics.

Why is Mr. Boo taking over from the Baroness as Head of the EHRC? She was only appointed last year.

Marcial Boo is the Chief Executive Officer but he reports to a board of Commissioners. She is senior to him.

I used to work for Marcial Boo way before 2015. He was a thoroughly nice and fair chap. I'll be interested to see what happens next.
