Magdalen Berns recommendation for newbies

I've noticed quite a few new bods have arrived in recent weeks. Often happens when really obvious things hit the news which disadvantage women, like Hubbard or the decisions to put sex offenders and rapists with women in prisons or hospital wards. Maybe you noticed all the stuff on Twitter calling lesbians and gay men transphobic for being clear that they were same sex oriented.

Whatever recently brought you here, you might not have ever seen Magdalen Berns. Her videos are short, detailed, clear, often funny and sometimes beautifully poignant. We miss her. Take some time out to watch some of her channel with a cuppa and a biscuit. It'll inform and lift you, I think.

Her videos are always worth a revisit. Every point stills rings clear. Her video on Clymer is, if anything, even more relevant now that person has significant influence in US politics.

Her videos are great. Such a loss.

Her takedowns of Dennis are my particular favourites.

Although special mention must go to the Gigi Gorgeous video where she just laconically keeps replying 'That's sweet. You're still not a lesbian, though.'

Since this is for newbies (like me) can I leave this video here, it's actually dedicated to Magdalen, it's a great catch up with all of the issues.

It is a couple of hours long, but really good and informative.

Yes, it's worth a watch. There are very useful longer form bits and pieces knocking about.

But if you've only got twenty minutes, Magdalen is perfection.

Wise beyond her years that one.
