What makes an athlete female?

Not sure if anyone saw this article in Forbes the other day? I read it this morning and found myself wondering how they are allowed to publish articles which are so full of misleading information. I then wondered if I’d read the article completely wrong, maybe it was satirical and the author was making a point about the ridiculousness of the situation? But then the insistence on using c*s throughout and the missing info about the Namibia athletes, makes me think I read it right the first time round.

I did think though that CS made an excellent point though when she said that she wouldn’t take birth control pills (to reduce testosterone levels), because they made her more injury prone.

Funny how there is never any doubt as to what a man/male is eh

A new survey suggests that the more than a third of people believe that transgender athletes should only be permitted to compete on teams of the gender that they were assigned at birth.

Eh? Nobody is “assigned gender at birth”.

More than a third? I expect it would be much more than that if people understood what it actually all means.

Mil thinks transwomen is a born woman who wears men's clothing.
