Dd had her puberty session at primary school and not an identity in sight. Girls you can expect this, boys you can expect that, nice clear labelled anatomy cartoons. Modern materials too, there was definitely a mooncup visible in the period options.

I wonder if allsorts-captured secondary will be as clear when it comes to biology lessons. Or how on earth else you could teach it without making spaghetti of the lesson.

It seems to me that the general trend for misinformation is secondary.
I'm not sure if this is because we're very mired in physical reality in primary (much more practical and less theory),if it's because we have more older and experienced staff or because parents are much more likely to question as they are much more involved.

I'd be very, very surprised if my school did any wrong body bollocks as they've had me nagging them about stereotypes, sexism and getting girls into sports for years. But I do hear the non teaching SLT drop a few clangers every now and again so who knows.
